🌊 About the Practice

What is Vinyasa Flow?

Vinyasa means "to place in a special way" – it's a dynamic, breath‑synchronized practice where each movement is linked to an inhale or exhale. Unlike static holds, Vinyasa strings poses together into fluid sequences that build heat, strength, and flexibility. It's often called a moving meditation, challenging both body and mind while cultivating a deep sense of presence.

❓ Vinyasa FAQ

Common Questions

Is Vinyasa suitable for beginners?
We recommend some yoga familiarity, but our instructors offer modifications and a slower pace in our "Slow Flow" classes. Beginners are always welcome to try and grow at their own pace.
How is Vinyasa different from Hatha?
Vinyasa is faster-paced and links poses together in a flow, while Hatha holds poses longer. Vinyasa builds more heat and cardiovascular endurance.
Do I need to be strong to start?
Not at all – you'll build strength through practice. We encourage using props and taking breaks whenever needed.
What should I wear?
Breathable, moisture-wicking clothes that allow full range of motion. Avoid overly loose tops that might slip during inversions.
