Vinyasa means "to place in a special way" β it's a dynamic, breathβsynchronized practice where each movement is linked to an inhale or exhale. Unlike static holds, Vinyasa strings poses together into fluid sequences that build heat, strength, and flexibility. It's often called a moving meditation, challenging both body and mind while cultivating a deep sense of presence.
