Hatha Yoga is the classical foundation of all physical yoga styles. The word "Hatha" can be translated as "forceful" or "willful," but in practice it represents the balance between sun (ha) and moon (tha) energies within us. Through a series of held postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation, Hatha Yoga cultivates strength, flexibility, and a deep sense of calm.
