By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
By creating an account, booking a class, or simply browsing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Services.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
Yoga, meditation, and physical exercise carry inherent risks. By participating in our classes or using our content, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and assume all risk of injury. You should consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
Our instructors may offer modifications, but they are not medical professionals. If you feel pain, discomfort, or dizziness at any time, stop immediately and seek appropriate medical attention.
Class Bookings: Classes can be booked through our Site or app. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the class start time to avoid losing the class credit. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class pass.
Memberships & Packages: Recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day notice. Unused class credits from packages expire according to the terms stated at purchase (typically 2-6 months). Refunds are not provided for partially used packages unless otherwise required by law.
Workshops & Events: Refunds for special events are available up to 7 days before the event date, less a small administrative fee. After that, no refunds are given, but you may transfer your spot to another person.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, digital downloads, and software, is the property of ZenFlow or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
The ZenFlow name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names are trademarks of ZenFlow. You may not use them without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenFlow and its directors, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, personal injury, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ZenFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ZenFlow. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
