What is ZenFlow?
ZenFlow is a holistic yoga and wellness studio offering in-studio and online classes, meditation sessions, personal coaching, and wellness content. We focus on creating a supportive, inclusive community for all levels.
Where is ZenFlow located?
Our main studio is at 123 Serenity Lane, Wellness City, CA 90210. We also offer live online classes accessible from anywhere. Visit our Contact page for directions and a map.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
We provide complimentary mats, blocks, blankets, and straps for all in-studio classes. You're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. For online classes, you'll need your own mat and any props you like.
What types of yoga do you offer?
We offer Hatha Yoga (gentle, alignment-focused), Vinyasa Flow (dynamic, breath-led), Meditation & Mindfulness, and Personal Coaching. We also periodically host workshops on topics like arm balances, yoga nidra, and breathwork.
Are classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Hatha Yoga and our Beginner Vinyasa classes are designed for newcomers. Instructors offer modifications and use clear, simple cues. Let your teacher know it's your first time, and they'll provide extra guidance.
How long are the classes?
Hatha and Meditation classes are typically 60 minutes. Vinyasa Flow classes are 75 minutes. Personal coaching sessions are 60 minutes by default but can be extended upon request.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Yoga is practiced barefoot. Avoid overly loose tops that might ride up during inversions.
What membership plans do you offer?
We offer Beginner Pass ($29/mo for 4 classes), Unlimited Membership ($79/mo for all classes + 2 personal sessions), and Private Coaching packages. Visit our Pricing page for full details.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. Recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day notice. There are no cancellation fees. To cancel, simply log into your account or contact our support team.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a complimentary first class for new students. You can also schedule a free 15-minute consultation for personal coaching. Sign up on our Booking page to claim your trial.
What is your refund policy?
Unused class credits are non-refundable but may be transferred or extended in certain circumstances. Workshops and special events are refundable up to 7 days before the event. See our full Terms & Conditions.
How do I book a class?
You can book directly through our website or mobile app. Navigate to the schedule, select your class, and confirm. You'll receive an email confirmation and reminder before class.
What is your cancellation policy for classes?
You can cancel a class booking up to 2 hours before the start time without penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit.
Can I book private coaching sessions online?
Yes, private coaching is available both in-studio and via live video. After purchasing a package, you can schedule sessions directly with your coach at a mutually convenient time.
What if I'm running late?
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to settle in. If you're more than 10 minutes late, you may not be admitted to avoid disrupting the class. Please call the studio if you're delayed.
